Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return. Exceptions include: intimate apparel, swimwear (if hygiene strip is removed), and face masks for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To start a return: 1. Log into your account, 2. Find the order, 3. Select items to return, 4. Choose return reason, 5. Print return label or schedule pickup.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Free returns are available for orders over UGX 100,000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of UGX 5,000 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
